Today, Creotech Quantum debuts on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. It is the first company from the quantum technology sector to be listed on the main market.
On 18 February 2026, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority approved Creotech Quantum’s prospectus in connection with the company’s IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The B-think team supported the client in the preparation of the financial section of the prospectus, as well as in communications with the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
Creotech Quantum was established as a result of the spin-off of the quantum segment from Creotech Instruments. The company focuses on the development and commercialisation of advanced technologies aimed at enhancing the security and performance of modern systems. Leveraging quantum physics, it develops solutions for ultra-secure communication, including quantum key distribution (QKD), as well as systems for controlling quantum computers and improving their performance. The company is also active in the space sector and develops solutions in the area of ultra-precise time synchronisation.
